COVID-19 delivery update:

Due to local regulations, shipping delays and warehouse closures, some deliveries may be delayed. Our customer service team will get in touch with affected customers to notify them of any delays.

For any customer who wishes to reschedule the delivery date, we are happy to meet this requirement before the order is shipped.

If your family members have any flu-like symptoms, we ask you to contact us to reschedule your delivery date.

Payment confirmation

After the order is authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

After the payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or changed within this time.


It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included.


It takes approximately 7 to 25 working days for the shipment to reach the destination country.

1. Package Delivery

Most items are delivered through small package delivery services (such as e-Packet). For express delivery, items need to be signed before they can be received. If no one is available, a "notice" with pick-up instructions may be left, or another attempt will be made. We will inform you of the delivery status in time.

2. Track your delivery

When your order is shipped, you will receive our shipping notification email. You will receive a tracking number to track your package. If you want to make any changes, please contact our customer service team at in advance.

3. During your delivery
If the buyer (consignee) is not at home when the shipment is made, please pay attention to pick up the shipment by yourself or contact the courier company to arrange a re-shipment date.

If you ship the product to another place, or you want someone else to receive the product for you, please confirm with our customer service team in advance.

We ask all customers to check for any obvious signs of packaging damage, product damage, wrong product or missing parts before signing the delivery certificate and using the product when receiving the order. If you find any damage, please indicate these issues on the delivery voucher before signing the order.

You must contact our customer service team at within 72 hours of delivery to report any damaged or missing items. When reporting damage, please attach a photo and a detailed description of the problem.
