1. How to personalize my product?
Fill in the personalization fields provided on the project page. This will enable our production team to obtain the necessary information so that we can make your personalized gift exactly as you wish. It should be noted that some products do not allow personalization. In this case, you only need to add the product to the shopping cart and it will arrive as shown in the picture.

2. Can I use special characters in my personalization?
We apologize, but currently, we can only generate letters and numbers from the English keyboard.

3. What is preview and how does it work?
For many projects, we will provide an electronic representation of the appearance of a personalized gift based on the personalized fields you complete. This is a virtual display of the final product and serves only as a guide to the appearance of the gift.

4. Can I enter more characters in my personalization settings than allowed by the website?
The character limit may vary depending on the project. These limits are deliberately set to maintain visual quality and cannot be exceeded.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Using standard shipping methods, most orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
Using express shipping, most orders can be delivered within 1-3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, except major holidays.
Urgent orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

6. How can I check the status of my order?
After the order is shipped from our warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file with your tracking number. If your order is placed online, you can check the order status. Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to display the updated order status on your order. If your order is placed by mail or phone, please contact us by phone or email, we will be happy to update the status of your order.

7. How will my order be shipped?
gifthomeland ship orders via UPS, ePack, FedEx or USPS for timely delivery.

8. I just placed an order and I have to change something. what do I do?
Your order enters our production facility as soon as it is placed so that we can provide you with very fast service. Therefore, changes to the order are not allowed. We encourage you to spend more time reviewing your order before submitting, check your spelling and make sure you haven't missed anyone. If you make a mistake and need to reorder, we will be happy to offer you a 50% discount.

9. Do you charge state taxes on orders?
There are no taxes. Easy to order.
